I. Confirm that the Receiving of This Protocol

1. You understand that this agreement and related agreements are applicable to GXC Wallet and decentralized applications independently developed and owned by the company on GXC Wallet (" DApps ") (excluding DApps developed by third parties ).

2. If you download the GXC Wallet software and create an identity, restore identity (see below for definition) or import a wallet, you are deemed to have fully read and accepted all the terms of this agreement. This agreement will take effect immediately and is binding on both parties. If you do not agree to the terms of this agreement, you should stop using GXC Wallet immediately . If you have already downloaded GXC Wallet , please delete it immediately.

4. This agreement can be updated by the company at any time. Once the modified agreement is announced on GXC Wallet , it will take effect immediately without further notice. After the company announces the revised agreement terms, if you do not accept the revised terms, please stop using GXC Wallet immediately , and your continued use of GXC Wallet will be deemed to accept the revised agreement.

II. Service Definition

1. GXC Wallet: Refers to the digital wallet developed based on the blockchain , including other auxiliary tools developed to facilitate users to use the blockchain system.

3. Identity: Refers to the digital identification generated based on your public and private key pair.

4. Creating or importing a wallet: refers to the process of using GXC Wallet to create or import a wallet after you accept this agreement .

5. Wallet password: Refers to the password determined by you during the process of creating the GXC Wallet . This password will be used to encrypt and protect your private key. GXC Wallet is a decentralized application. The wallet password is not stored on your mobile device or GXC Wallet server. Once you lose or forget the wallet password, you need to reset the wallet password with the help of a private key or mnemonic phrase.

6. Information prompt: It is recommended that the user follow the relevant steps for the information prompt content involved in the GXC Wallet software operating interface.

7. Private key: It is composed of 256 random characters and is the core of the user's possession and use of digital tokens.

8. Public key: The private key is generated by one-way derivation of cryptographic principles and used to generate the blockchain digital wallet address. The digital wallet address is the public receiving address.

9. Mnemonic words: In line with the blockchain BIP39 industry standard, it is composed of 12 (or 15/18/21/24 ) ordered words generated by a random algorithm . It is an easy-to-record expression of the private key, which is convenient for users to backup and keep.

III. GXC Wallet Service

1. Create and restore identity. You can use the "Create Identity" and "Restore Identity" buttons provided by GXC Wallet to create and restore identities, and manage multiple wallets at the same time under one identity.

2. Import the wallet. For digital tokens supported by GXC Wallet , you can use GXC Wallet to generate a new wallet or import a wallet.

3. Transfer and collection. You can use GXC Wallet 's transfer and collection functions to manage digital tokens, that is, use private keys for electronic signatures and modify the relevant blockchain accounts. Transfer means that the payer uses the recipient’s blockchain address to perform a transfer operation. The “transfer” behavior involves the effective record of the transaction in the distributed ledger of the relevant blockchain system (rather than the actual delivery on GXC Wallet ) Or transfer digital tokens).

4. Manage digital tokens. You can add, keep or remove digital tokens supported by GXC Wallet from the GXC Wallet interface.

5. Browse the DApp . Users access and use the services provided by the DApp (including GXC Wallet's own DApp and third-party DApp ) through GXC Wallet.

6. Secret-free payment. Users can use the password- free payment function in GXC Wallet . The password-free payment stores the user’s wallet password in the Keychain/Keystore of the user’s mobile device through a secure encryption algorithm , and invokes the user’s biometric (fingerprint or face) authentication during transactions, which is fast Complete payment and signature.

2. You shall bear the responsibility of keeping the mobile device containing GXC Wallet , backing up GXC Wallet , backing up wallet password, mnemonic phrase, and private key by yourself . If you lose your mobile device, delete and not back up GXC Wallet , delete and not back up your wallet, stolen or forget your wallet password, private key, and mnemonic, GXC Wallet cannot restore your wallet or retrieve your wallet password, private key, or help. Recording words; if the user makes a mistake during the transaction (such as entering the wrong transfer address, entering the wrong exchange amount), GXC Wallet cannot cancel the transaction, and GXC Wallet shall not be liable for this.

3. If you use the password- free payment function of GXC Wallet , please properly back up your wallet password. When your fingerprint or face recognition fails multiple times, you will need to enter your wallet password. If you have forgotten the wallet password, you need to set a new wallet password by importing the mnemonic phrase / private key. GXC Wallet does not store your fingerprints, facial recognition and other biological information, and GXC Wallet shall not be liable for this.

4. The digital token management service provided by GXC Wallet does not include all existing digital tokens. Please do not operate any digital tokens that GXC Wallet does not support through GXC Wallet.

5. GXC Wallet on integrated DApp include self-owned DApp and third-party platform provides DApp . For DApps provided by third-party platforms , GXC Wallet only provides search and blockchain browser functions for users entering DApps , and does not provide any guarantee for the functions or service quality of third-party DApps . Before accepting services or conducting transactions on a third-party DApp , users should judge and evaluate whether there are risks in the services or transactions provided by the third-party DApp .

IV. Rights and Obligations

(1) You should be responsible for the safekeeping of mobile devices, wallet passwords, private keys, mnemonics and other information. GXC Wallet is not responsible for keeping the above information for users. All risks, liabilities, losses, and expenses caused by your loss of your mobile device or hardware wallet, active or passive disclosure, forgotten wallet password, private key, mnemonic phrase, or attack by others, fraud, etc. shall be borne by you.

(2) GXC Wallet information prompt. You understand and agree to follow the information prompts published on GXC Wallet and operate in accordance with the content of the information prompts, otherwise, all risks, responsibilities, losses, expenses, etc. caused by this shall be borne by you.

(3) You know and understand that GXC Wallet is not obliged to perform due diligence on third-party services, and you should carefully evaluate and bear all risks related to the use of GXC Wallet .

(4) Provide information and documents. If GXC Wallet considers that it is necessary to obtain user-related information in order to comply with any applicable laws or regulations related to the use or operation of GXC Wallet , the user shall provide such information to the company in a timely manner in accordance with the company’s requirements, and the user understands and Accept, GXC Wallet can restrict, suspend or terminate your use of GXC Wallet until you provide information that meets the company's requirements. (5) Complete identity verification. (6) Transfer token

c. You understand that when using the GXC Wallet service, the following situations may cause the transfer function to be unavailable, transfer "transaction failure" or "package timeout":

* Technical failure of network and equipment;

d. You know that GXC Wallet only provides you with transfer tools. After you use GXC Wallet to complete the transfer, you have completed all the obligations of the service. GXC Wallet does not assume any responsibility for other related disputes.

When using the GXC Wallet service, if you or your counterparty fail to comply with this agreement or related website instructions, transaction, payment page operation tips, rules, this App does not guarantee that the transaction will be completed smoothly, and this App does not Bear the responsibility for damages. If the foregoing situation occurs and the money has been credited to your GXC Wallet wallet or third-party wallet of your counterparty , you understand the "irreversible" attribute of blockchain operations and the "irreversible" characteristic of related transactions, You and your counterparty bear the corresponding risks and consequences.

3. You understand and know that flash swap and currency exchange transactions all occur, proceed and complete on a third-party smart contract. 4. When you use third-party services through GXC Wallet , this App strongly recommends that you carefully read the user agreements, privacy policies, and other related documents and information of such third-party services to understand the transaction object and product information, and carefully assess risks Later, the transaction will be conducted on the third party. You understand that the transaction and the binding contractual relationship are established between you and your counterparty and have nothing to do with this App . 7. You understand that after you create or import a wallet on GXC Wallet , your private key, mnemonic phrase and other information are only stored in the current mobile device, not on the server of GXC Wallet or this App . You can replace your mobile device by synchronizing your wallet and other methods in accordance with the operating instructions provided by GXC Wallet . However, if you do not save or back up the wallet password, private key, mnemonic phrase, Keystore and other information and your mobile device is lost, your digital token will be lost as a result, and this App cannot retrieve it for you. If you export, save or back up wallet passwords, private keys, mnemonics, Keystore and other information when you leak your secrets, or the device or server that saves or backs up the above information is hacked or controlled, your digital tokens will be Therefore, if it is lost, this App cannot retrieve it for you. Any and all losses arising from the foregoing circumstances shall be borne by you.

8. We recommend that you make a safe backup of your wallet password, private key, mnemonic phrase and Keystore when creating or importing a wallet . We draw your attention, please do not use the following electronic backup methods: screenshots, emails, notepad applications in mobile phones, text messages, WeChat, QQ and other electronic backup methods. We recommend that you copy the mnemonic phrase and Keystore and other information on a paper notepad , and you can also store your electronic data in a password manager.

9. We kindly remind you to use the password- free payment function of GXC Wallet with caution . It is recommended that you should:

a. Carefully understand the security level of your mobile device's biometrics;
b. Do not enable the secret-free payment function in public mobile phones; and
c. If the digital assets in the wallet are relatively large, please do not enable the password-free payment function.

10. We recommend that you use a secure network environment GXC Wallet , make sure your mobile device is not jailbreak or root , to avoid any hazards that may exist.

11. Please use GXC Wallet process, the fraud alert. Once you find any suspicious behavior, we encourage you to inform us as soon as possible.

VI. Service Change, Interruption and Termination

1. You understand and agree that this App may decide to temporarily provide some service functions, or suspend some service functions or open new service functions in the future. When we change the service, as long as you still use GXC Wallet , it means that you still agree to this agreement or the revised terms of this agreement.

2. In order to avoid any misoperation of GXC Wallet or any security risks of digital tokens as much as possible , you should avoid using GXC Wallet without basic knowledge of blockchain . For users who do not have basic knowledge of blockchain, this App has the right to refuse to provide some or all of the service functions.

3. You understand that this App will suspend the provision of services when the following circumstances exist (or completely terminate the service when the following circumstances occur):

(1) The operation of GXC Wallet is interrupted due to technical reasons such as equipment and blockchain system maintenance, upgrades, failures and communication interruptions ;
(2) Due to force majeure factors such as typhoons, earthquakes, tsunamis, floods, power outages, wars or terrorist attacks, computer viruses, Trojan horses, hacker attacks, system instability or government actions, etc., the company cannot provide services or the company reasonably believes There will be greater risks in continuing to provide services;
(3) Significant adverse changes in applicable laws or policies;

5. If the App changes, interrupts, or terminates the service, you have the right to export your wallet and other information within a reasonable time.

VII. Your Statement and Guarantee

3. You must not use GXC Wallet to engage in any illegal or criminal behavior, including but not limited to:

(2) Engaging in any illegal and criminal acts, including but not limited to money laundering, illegal fund-raising, etc.;
